Emergency Data Center Pager

Please do not submit emergency tickets right away. WestNIC servers are connected to third party monitoring system (Alertra) so we receive downtime reports instantly. We work 24/7 and all emergency calls resolved promtly. If you server is down (completely down) for more than 15 minutes, please submit emergency ticket under "CRITICAL" priority.

Example of emergency support ticket submitted to NOC pager:

Please do not submit emergency tickets to NOC if:

  • Your site has been suspended;
  • You have issues with email;
  • You cannot access cPanel;
  • You cannot add new accounts on the server;
  • Server is overloaded;
  • You're experiencing any technical issues with the service.

We do not respond to emergency tickets with emergency priority! Ticket will be closed without any response within 1-10 minutes! If you need to get technical assistance, please submit ticket with normal priority. Thank you!
